Why don't you try using an extra ton or two of fertilizer per acre.

Your crops look limp and small.  You are probably not using enough fertilizer.

I think you ought to use more fertilizer.

I think your soil lacks nutrients.

You aren't using the right amount of fertilizer.

You need more fertilizer than you have been using.  Your land looks sick.

How do you expect to grow any wheat with such a small amount of fertilizer.

You know, the wheat you've been producing is mostly chaff.  Hardly any kernel.  I'll bet your yeild is low too.

The dust from your fields is messing up my wife's laundry.  Maybe you should spread a little more manure.

Say, you might want to use a bit more manure.  Your soil seems pretty dry and brittle.
